Location: Birmingham
Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000 + bonus (negotiable)
Benefits: Pension, DiS, 25+ Days annual leave
The role of the Internal Sales – Industrial Doors & Shutters will involve:
- Internal Sales position selling the installation, maintenance and repairs of industrial and commercial doors, shutters, barriers, gates and collapsible grilles
- Selling into a wide range of industries including: local authorities, commercial, retail, industrial and end users
- Preparing quotes for customers from specifications and follow up where necessary
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Providing advice & support to customers, helping them find the right solution
- Liaise internally with production & engineering departments for: leads times, project feasibility, delivery updates etc. then feed these back to the customer
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Industrial Doors & Shutters with:
- Must have sales experience within the construction industry
- Must have experience quoting from specifications
- Ideally will have experience with industrial doors, roller shutters, barriers, gates etc.
- Technically minded with strong commercial acumen
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
