The role of the Sales Coordinator – Commercial Flooring will involve:
- Sales Coordinator position dealing with various commercial flooring products such as vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets and carpet tile
- Liaising with external customers and manufacturers to ensure business processes run smoothly
- Coordinate tenders from enquiry to awards stage
- Contact manufacturers to enquire about pricing for customers
- Input data from CAD take offs into estimating software to generate quotes
- Liaising with clients to relay quotes, give updates from manufacturers and update project status
- Set up tender control sheets and monitor progress to ensure all tasks are completed promptly
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Coordinator – Commercial Flooring with:
- Must have experience within the interiors industry, ideally flooring
- Must have knowledge and exposure to the tender process
- Ideally currently within a coordinator role but would also consider: estimator, sales, administrative positions
- Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- Professional and highly organised
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
