Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 + 2% of all sales
Benefits: £7,200 car allowance & private healthcare, 7% pension, 25 days holiday and usual field sales benefits
The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Interior Finishes will involve:
- Field sales role selling promoting a manufactured range of carpet tiles & floor covering systems
- Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects and interior designers
- The remaining portion will be spent dealing with fit-out contractors and end users
- Predominantly refurbishment projects, typical projects include commercial office, healthcare and hospitality
- Once up and running will be targeted to turnover £1.5m
- New business focused position
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Interior Finishes with:
- Must have field sales experience in the interiors market place
- Ideally both contacts in the A&D and fit out community
- Open to any interior finish product background
- Dynamic personality, prepared to fight their corner, without being too aggressive
- Tactile sales background, sold something aesthetically pleasing
- Energy, passion and Enthusiasm
- Strong commercial and presentation skills
