Remuneration: £50,000 – £70,000 + bonus

The role of the Design Coordinator – Facades will involve:
- Design Coordinator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding.
- Coordinating the design process between various internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with external design suppliers ensuring designs meet requirements
- Ensuring a smooth supply chain keeping projects on schedule
- Working with internal teams in regards to fabrications schedule
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Working on projects from £500k – £25m
The ideal applicant will be a Design Coordinator – Facades with:
- Must have Design experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope / Glazing industries
- Would consider a Designer, Design Manager, Design Coordinator or related with the cladding / façade / building envelope / Glazing industries
- Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
- Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
- High levels of organisation and excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
