Remuneration: £35,000 – £45,000neg
Benefits: Company car or allowance, pension & 25 days annual leave
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
The role of the Roofing Supervisor – Commercial Roofing will involve:
- Roofing Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
- Deliver contracts to a high standard in line with company offers and exceed client expectations through effective communication and site management.
- Take full responsibility for health and safety compliance, ensuring all inspections, inductions, risk assessments, and reporting requirements are completed.
- Monitoring, inspecting and reporting on site teams to ensure quality compliance
- Regularly supervise sites to monitor quality, progress, subcontractor performance, and overall presentation, aiming for zero snags and callbacks.
- Maintain accurate records of site activity, progress, variations, and inspections using company systems.
- Support commercial and operational delivery by measuring works, managing materials and site setup, and reporting risks or issues to senior management promptly
- Working on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Roofing Supervisor – Commercial Roofing with:
- Must have pitched roofing experience
- Must have strong understanding both of health and safety and quality control
- Would consider a Roofer, Roofing Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician etc
- CSCS card
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
- Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
