Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator – Facades will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with cladding across a range of projects commercial and residential projects
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Facades with:
- Must have estimating experience with cladding such as rainscreen and curtain walling
- Ideally have experience across other parts of building envelope such as Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)
- Understanding of Bluebeam software package
- High levels of organisation and excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
