Remuneration: £50,000 – £70,000neg

The role of the Estimator – Industrial & Commercial Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial Roofing projects
- Dealing with inbound project enquiries and reviewing scopes of work
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Carrying out site surveys and measurements to compile further information for quotation
- May be required to visit sites across the North West to understand and improve any possible site risks, schedules and logistics
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information as required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- May be required to do tasks outside of estimating to assist the team
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Industrial & Commercial Roofing with:
- 5+ years Estimating experience within the Industrial Roofing sector
- Open to candidates from building envelope or general roofing backgrounds
- Experience within sheeting / profiled roofing would push an application
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of current building regulations
- Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary
- Confident and articulate
