The role of the Recertification Manager – Safety Systems will involve:
- Recertification Manager position, leading and managing the Recertification department dealing with a manufactured range of height safety and fall arrest safety systems (such as access ladders, walkway systems, lifelines, safety gates, steel and aluminium railing systems)
- Oversee operational delivery, including scheduling, CRM activity, site visits, surveys, and resolving issues
- Manage the Recertification Team (a team of 10), conducting performance reviews and ensuring engineers remain fully compliant with current regulations
- Drive business growth, including new revenue streams, contract renewals, upselling services, and winning new clients
- Average order values range from £10,000 to £250,000
- This role will involve site visits, overnight stays may be required
The ideal applicant will be Recertification Manager – Safety Systems with:
- Must have construction experience dealing with a technical product; ideally height safety and fall arrest safety systems although would be open to entrance systems or roofing systems
- Must have people management experience
- Must have previous experience within repair, maintenance, re-testing, servicing or related
- Strong preference for experience of working at height
- Existing IOSH or NEBOSH certification or open to getting qualification.
- Capable of managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business
- Organised, have good time management skills and to be self-motivated to perform and reach targets
