Location: Swanley
Schedule: 0800-1700, Monday – Friday
Remuneration: £27,000 – £35,000
Benefits: 20 Days Holiday Accruing +1 per year of service. 3 Additional days over Christmas
The role of the Internal Sales Executive– Tiling Systems:
- Internal Sales role dealing with a large manufactured and distributed range of tiles and associated products such as; tiles, washrooms, wall panels, tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, tile trims, tile waterproofing, tile backing etc
- Manage incoming sales inbox of orders
- Process orders accurately, efficiently, and promptly to meet the needs of the customer
- Keep customers informed and updated on scheduled delivery date/time and if there any changes on products/backorder items or offer alternatives
- Learn and teach new customers on product range
- Answering of phones, understanding their needs and dealing with their enquiries/orders
- Contribute to building an enthusiastic and positive culture in the Customer Service Team.
- Taking and auctioning orders
- Assist with Delivery Queries from Customers and follow through to Customer Satisfaction
- Contribute to growth into new markets and sectors
- KPI’s based on daily phone calls, order mistakes and orders processed
The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Executive– Tiling Systems:
- Must have 2+ years sales experience within the construction industry
- Experience within the commercial tiling market sector beneficial but not essential
- Must be an outgoing individual who isn’t scared of making outbound calls
- Must have the capacity and willingness to learn the product knowledge of the role
- Must be professional & presentable at all times
- Go getter with roll sleeves up mentality
- Have a willing and helpful can-do attitude on the phone
