Location: Commutable to Witham
Remuneration: £28,000 – £30,000 + discretionary bonus
The role of the Estimator/Order Processor – Aluminium Fenestration Systems will involve:
- Estimator / Order Processor position dealing with a high end manufactured range of aluminium systems such as windows, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, internal doors and curtain walling
- Assist with any incoming customer queries via telephone & email
- Raising quotations for customers and processing the orders that follow
- Ensuring all orders are price checked against the sales cost allowed
- Making sure that all order confirmations are correct, making changes if needed
- Check with the factory to ensure that products are prepared on time
- Raising purchase orders and matching them up to delivery notes and purchase invoices
- Inputting all information on the internal systems
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator/Order Processor – Aluminium Fenestration Systems with:
- Must have experience within order processing, internal sales or customer service within the aluminium fenestration industry
- Ideally will have experience dealing with fenestration software packages such as LogiKal or Window Designer
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
- Robust, positive outlook and team player
