Area to be covered: North (Birmingham up ideally based M62 corridor)
Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Masonry Support Systems will involve:
- Business Development Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
- All of your time will be spend selling to tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, brickwork contractors, architects & engineers
- Looking for a turnover target of circa £1m-£2m depending on experience
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Masonry Support Systems with:
- Must have sold a structural building product such as: insulation, cladding, facades, concrete, heavyside, fixings, support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, anchors etc
- Must have sold to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors
- Black book of contact within the industry
- Must be able to generate new business
- Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
