Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Building Entrance & Access Solutions

- London & South East
- Scotland & North East
Remuneration: £50,000 – £70,000 + 15% bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Building Entrance & Access Solutions will involve:
- Field sales positions selling a high quality range of manufactured entrance & access security systems
- All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, end users, integrators, architectural practises and specifiers
- Targeting projects within commercial sectors such as education, high end office buildings and for large blue chip organisations buildings
- Dealing with order values ranging from £10k – £200k per project with an average order of around £30k
- Target over targets between £1m-£2m
The ideal applicant will be Regional Sales Manager – Building Entrance & Access Solutions with:
- Must have project led field sales experience in the construction industry
- Must be commercially savvy
- Must have sold to main contractors, end users, installers and integrators
- Specification sales experience would be an advantage however not essential
- Hungry, tenacious personality
- Likeable character and strong presence
