Remuneration: £35,000 – £45,000

The role of the Estimator – Landscaping Services will involve:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for small works within ongoing landscape maintenance contracts
- Assess site information, schedules, and client requests to define project scope and requirements.
- Produce clear, accurate, and competitive quotations in line with company standards.
- Maintain organised records of quotes, pricing data, and supplier information.
- Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure estimates reflect practical delivery.
- Working with order values in the range of £5k-£10k with a standard week totalling £200k
- Typical project value ranges from £500k to £5m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Landscaping Services with:
- Must have an understanding of construction estimating processes
- Must have hands on site experience
- Ideally will have estimating experience within the landscaping market sector
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate complex formulas
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
- Driven, hungry and can work autonomously and as part of a team
