Area Sales Manager – Building Surveys
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Land & Build Surveys

Area to be covered: South West & South Wales
Remuneration: £55,000 + £30,000 bonus
Benefits: hybrid company car & field sales benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Land & Build Surveys will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality build & land surveying service
- All of your time will be spent selling to end users such as; NHS trusts, Universities, Travel Lodges, British Museum and the High Street etc. as well as “piggybacking” other surveying business that offer a similar surveying service but slightly different applications
- 70% new business, 30% account management
- Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Land & Build Surveys with:
- Must have technical consultative sales experience in the construction industry
- Ideally from a services background however open to products
- Ideally some form of surveying equipment or services background (not essential)
- Wouldn’t be right for a distribution sales professional
- No job hoppers
