The role of Estimator – Natural Stone Products will involve:
- Estimator dealing with a high end quality manufactured range of natural stone block, brick and masonry products.
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Using tools such as Excel and CAD
- Liaising with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Working on projects between £10k – £2M
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Natural Stone Products experience with:
- Must have estimating experience within the construction sector
- Ideally had experience within the building product sectors
- Ideally have CAD experience
- IT Literate (Particularly Excel)
