Area Sales Manager – New Build & Social Housing
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing

Area to be covered: National (western side – will focus between Glasgow to Birmingham) – ideally based Manchester or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £55,000 – £60,000 + circa £17,500 bonus paid quarterly

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing will involve:
- Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps purely to new build / social housing market sector
- All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, councils, local authorities and social housing
- Currently got relationship with Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon etc therefore your responsibility will be to target regional / SME projects however will be able to target nationals
- Predominately a new business position however will be given some accounts to manage
- Turnover target tbc
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing with:
- Must have field sales experience in the new build and social housing sector
- Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
- Dynamic with a strong work ethic
- Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
