Location: Portsmouth
Remuneration: £30,000 – £34,000 + Bonus
The role of the Internal Sales Executive – Renewable Energy Products will involve:
- Internal sales position selling a range of solar energy renewable products such as solar PV, heat pumps, car charging, solar lighting, voltage optimizers, battery storage.
- All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, electrical installers, renewable installers, manufacturers, councils and the general public
- Handling inbound enquiries via telephone and email
- Raising quotes and orders for customers
- Initially there will be no targets, however as you progress within the role you will be targeted on new trade business accounts, on boarding new customers & sales
- Project sizes can vary from 2 panel kits used on roofs to 1000 panel solar farms
- Order values can fluctuate massively, with some valued at £1000 and others rising to £3m
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Renewable Energy Products with:
- Must have experience within the renewable energy industry
- Ideally have experience selling within a manufacturer, wholesaler, distributer etc
- Would consider someone from a renewables installer background
- Must be sales driven, show a willingness to learn and to progress within the company
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
