Office location: Rotherham
Remuneration: £40,000 negotiable depending on experience + 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and life insurance
The role of the Office Manager – Structural Building Products will involve:
- Office Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of construction accessories such as; steel rebar and reinforcement joints
- Large of your time will be spent fulfilling admin & purchasing duties
- Controlling P&L
- Will be required to perform some estimating / costing responsibilities
- Selling to contractors & distributors from an internal sales prospective
- Support the operation manager to perfect process changes
The ideal applicant will be an Office Manager – Structural Building Products with:
- Must have office management experience within the construction sector
- Ideally have an engineering and/or have an understanding of concrete reinforcement, construction accessories
- May consider a senior sales administration / purchasing candidate if you have estimating, sales & P&L experience
- Open minded with good communication skills
- Personable, people person, driven and enthusiastic
