Area to be covered: South Wales & South West
Remuneration: £45,000 + uncapped commission paid monthly giving OTE £60,000 – £65,000

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Radiators, Towel Rails & Underfloor Heating Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a range of radiators, towel rails and underfloor heating
- 90% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors, housebuilders, contractors, electrical contractors, local authorities, M&E consultants and specifiers
- The remaining 10% via independent & national plumbers merchants
- Targeted to turnover £1m
- Good split between account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Radiators, Towel Rails & Underfloor Heating Products with:
- Must have a field sales experience in the plumbing &heating, electrical or HVAC market sector
- Must have sold to a varied route to market via: M&E contractors, housebuilders, contractors, electrical contractors, local authorities, M&E consultants and specifiers
- Ideally sold towel rails, radiators or underfloor heating
- Strong negotiation / closing skills
- Track record of stability within your career
- Results orientated, self motivated, determined and loyal personality
