Office location: Chelmsford
Remuneration: £45,000 – £55,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Branch Manager – Roofing will involve:
• Branch Manager position promoting a high quality distributed range of roofing supplies such as; roof tiles, flat roofing, soffits and fascias, insulation, lead, tools & accessories
• Supporting with the management of all aspects of the branch
• Developing good relationships with customers and suppliers such as; roofing contractors, house builders/developers and general builders
• Would consider a Sales Manager instead of Branch Manager with roofing experience however the job role would change to a more sales focused opportunity
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Roofing industry with:
• Must have experience within the roofing market sector
• Must be a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within the roofing sector
• Would consider a Roofing Estimator
• People management experience advantageous however not essential
• Must have good communication skills both written and verbal
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office & Sage desirable)
• Confident and articulate
• Driven individual with a get up and go attitude
