Job Title: Business Development Manager – Lighting Products

Area to be covered: South / London
Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000neg + commission circa £3,500 year 1 (then uncapped)
Benefits: electric company car OR £6,000 car allowance & comprehensive benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Lighting Products will involve:
- Business Development Manager position promoting a high end manufactured range of lighting products
- All of your time will be spent selling to principal tier 1 contactors such as: Galliford Try, Wates, Kier etc
- Will be targeted to hit circa £350k turnover
- Large projects varying in size however can be up to £1m+
- Targeting commercial projects such as: universities and hospitals
- Must live within a 1hour commutate of Central London
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager – Lighting Products with:
- Must have sold to contractors in the lighting industry
- Ideally have contacts and experience dealing with large tier 1 contractors such as:
- Ideally have specification sales experience
- Vibrate, energetic and full of life
- Highly organised and capable
