Remuneration: £22,000 – £25,000neg + Commission, OTE £24,000 – £27,000

The role of the Customer Advisor – Fabrics & Wallcoverings will involve:
- Customer Advisor position selling a high quality fabrics and wallcoverings
- You will be dealing with architects, interior designers, fabric makers, large end users, curtain contractors/installers, blind contractors
- Focusing on the commercial, hospitality, healthcare & educational sectors
- Follow up on leads & customers who have received samples and prepare sales orders
- Deal with inbound customer enquires via telephone & email
- Provide updates to customers on their orders, & new or discontinued products
- Support the wider sales support/BDM teams as required
The ideal applicant will be a Customer Advisor – Fabrics & Wallcoverings with:
- Must have experience within an internal sales or customer service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive & enthusiastic
- Energetic, intelligent and articulate with a very keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills including with stakeholders
- IT Literate (Office, CRM)
