Location: St Albans

Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000

Benefits: Pension, death in service, 25 days annual leave

 

The role of the Customer Success Manager – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:

  • Customer Success Manager position dealing with the design, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
  • Leading the customer success team, supporting with the day to day activities, assisting with general administrative duties and ensure departmental KPI’s are met
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service from across the department
  • Review current processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor the performance of the team to ensure the correct training is provided
  • Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of the engineering team
  • Maintain accurate information and records in the CRM system, Simpro
  • Utilise external third part compliance systems such as: Fixflow, Dwellant, Pronett & Service Channel
  • This includes reviewing daily to see new jobs raised, updating schedules, responding to messages, uploading jobs sheets.

 

The ideal applicant will be a Customer Success Manager – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:

  • Must have management experience: customer service manager or office manager
  • Must have experience with fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms & door access
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Stable career background
  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
