Remuneration: £35,000 – £55,000neg

The role of the Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery will involve:
- Designer position delivering high-end bespoke joinery projects including; kitchens, bedrooms, cabinets and doors, across both residential and commercial sectors
- Producing clear detailed drawings using Cabinet Vision
- Liaise with clients to interpret and refine their design vision into practical, technical joinery solutions
- Oversee design, coordinate materials and production details, and ensure installation requirements are fully considered from the outset
- Liaising with the client to obtain and further information that is required
- Liaise with procurement, project and workshop teams regarding any long lead time materials
- Create CNC ready files for production
- Working on projects ranging in value from £20k – £500k
The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery with:
- Must have experience utilising Cabinet Vision software
- Ideally a Designer within the joinery sector although would be open to a draughtsperson, co-ordinator, technician, engineer or related within the interiors market
- Must have the ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
