Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Estimator – Commercial Fit Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value from £100k to circa £5m+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Commercial Fit Out with:
- Must have estimating experience within the fit out market sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
