Remuneration: £32,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission OTE circa £75,000

The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Plumbing and Building Products will involve:
• Office based sales executive position selling a distributed range of plastic plumbing and building products such as: fitting, valves, waste, drainage and accessories
• Primarily selling into plumbers and builders merchants such as Buildbase and Plumbase
• The rest of your time will be spent selling to contractors and developers
• Managing the internal sales team (5)
• Building and developing new business relationships whilst maintaining current relationships
• Ensuring all delivery times are met accurately
• Targeted to turnover £500k per month
• Updating all relevant customer information on the CRM system
• Full product training will be given
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Manager – Plumbing and Building Products with:
• Must have sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
• Preferably possess knowledge of the plumbing industry, however not essential
• Must have previous experience of cold calling and prospecting new customers
• Ideally will have people management and leadership experience
• Energetic, motivated, go getter
• Personable, friendly and confident talking on the phone
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• IT literate (Microsoft Literate)
