Location: Commutable to Stockport
Remuneration: £30,000 – £38,000

The role of the Estimator – Commercial Flooring will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of various commercial flooring projects such as vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets and carpet tile
- Managing the full process of tenders and estimations from start to finish for client
- Meeting with clients to gain an understanding of project requirements where required
- Conducting surveys and measurements to compile quotes
- Producing accurate quotations to client
- Following up quotations to convert sales
- Produce hand over packages for the operations/installations teams to complete the project
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £500 to £250k
- Prioritise own workload to ensure customers’ deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Commercial Flooring with:
- Must have estimating experience within the flooring market sector
- Ideally will be familiar with various flooring systems such as; vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, wood, laminate, carpet tiles, matting & safety flooring
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of CRM System
- Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
- Robust, positive outlook and team player
- Mental agility, enthusiastic and articulate
