Remuneration: £60,000 – £80,000 (DOE) + performance related bonus

The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
- Estimator position promoting a high quality range of modern flat roofing, membranes and waterproofing systems to national house builders
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimating for projects ranging in value up to circa £5m+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing Systems with:
- Must have estimating experience within the roofing market sector
- Familiar with a range of flat roofing systems such as Bauder, Langley, Axter, Garland, and Radmat etc
- Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- Full UK driving license
- IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
- Confident and articulate individual
