Remuneration: £30,000 – £45,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of roofing and cladding projects for education, commercial and leisure market sectors
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact clients dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Office based position, however will occasionally will have to go to site to measure up and provide quotations for clients
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have proven estimating experience within the roofing & cladding market sector
- Sound technical knowledge of various systems such as: standing seam, composite panels, flat roofing, green roofs, wall cladding, built-up, cement panels, rainscreen, brickslip, timber cladding etc
- Confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have full UK driving license
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
