The role of the Field Service Engineer – Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers will involve:
- Carry out repairs, servicing, commissioning, on oil and gas heaters.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, installers, and engineers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service.
- Manage your own workload and schedule, providing accurate updates and documentation.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures and maintain correct use of tools and equipment.
- Deliver or assist with training and assessments as required.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies.
- Identify and report technical issues, service trends, or potential sales opportunities to the FSM.
The ideal applicant will be a Field Service Engineer – Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers
with:
- Must have 2+ years’ experience in oil and gas boilers
- Ideally have any of the following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
- Must hold full UK driving licence
