Head of Sales – Interior & Exterior Natural Stone
Job Title: Head of Sales – Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services

Area to be covered: London (must be commutable within 1hr)
Remuneration: £80,000 + profit share bonus & negotiable car allowance (ideally just travel expenses)
The role of the Head of Sales – Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services will involve:
- Head of Sales position promoting a bespoke / high end service of luxury interior and exterior natural stone projects
- Focusing on projects in the high end hospitality & residential sectors
- Working on projects varying in size from £1m to £5m
- Dealing with and selling to Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractors such as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups
- Understand details & specifications of every project
- Working with the business development team to ensure pipeline numbers and conversation rates
- Responsible for an annual budget of between £15m-£20m
- Will have a responsibility to coach / mentor sales and business development employees
The ideal applicant will be Head of Sales – Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services with:
- Must have proven track record and contacts with Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractors such as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups
- Must be from an associated background for example; stone, kitchens, joinery, flooring, fit-out, interiors, wall panels etc
- Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Strong numerical skills
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Presentable, humble, enthusiastic & self-motivated
