The role of the Internal Account Executive – Accessible Bathrooms will involve:
- Account Executive position, selling a high quality manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories (grab rails, Doc M packs, showering, accessible washroom equipment and washroom accessories)
- Solely focusing on selling into trade accounts consisting of national and independent merchants
- Pro-actively call customers to monitor needs, inform of new product ranges and overall provide consultative advice with a view to grow revenue
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence
- Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, encouraging repeat business
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell where appropriate
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Account Executive – Accessible Bathrooms with:
- Ideally will have experience within a customer service or sales environment
- Comfortable with being on the telephone and liaising with customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail and organisation
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Driven, hungry, and adaptable individual
