Remuneration: £25,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission

The role of the Internal Sales Executive – Plastic Drainage Systems will involve:
- Internal Sales Executive position working for a specialist builders merchant selling a range of underground plastic drainage systems and groundworks products
- Selling to groundworkers, builders, contractors, civil engineers, fencing contractors and national merchants such as Travis Perkins, Jewsons and Civil’s and Lintels
- Responsible for accounts within a given geographical location
- Building and developing long lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Gain a full understanding of the customer’s requirements, upselling and cross selling where possible
- Proactively generating new business
- Produce quotations and follow up with customer to convert sale
- Deal with inbound enquiries via telephone and email
- Update all relevant information on the internal CRM system
- Average order value can vary from £10 to £150,000/£200,000
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Plastic Drainage Systems with:
- A demonstrable track record in sales
- Ideally construction sales background, however open on products sold
- Must possess a strong work ethic and a natural sales ability
- Must be a hungry, money driven individual with “the bit between your teeth”
- A confident and personable demeanour with brilliant customer service skills
- Possess’ longevity and wants to grow with the company
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate
