The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Construction Products will involve:
- Internal Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive high quality range of manufactured temporary protection materials into main contractors in the commercial construction sector
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Internal Sales Team, currently 4 in the team but looking to grow
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions to
- foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor sales KPIs and metrics, providing constructive feedback and support to
- optimise performance
- Managing key accounts and generating new business alongside the team
- Promote a collaborative, results-driven team culture
- Dealing with average project sizes ranging from £1k – £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Manager – Construction Products with:
- Must have experience as a Sales Manager within a B2B environment
- Ideally will have sales experience within the construction building products market sector however this isn’t essential
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to developing talent
- Proficient in analysing sales data, KPIs, and reporting to senior management
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Team player with an outgoing personality and a positive outlook
- A keen attention to detail
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
