The role of the Key Account Specialist – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:

  • Key Account Specialist position dealing with the design, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
  • You will be the main of contact for key account customers, working alongside the account management team to maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Perform administrative tasks including actioning job sheets; reviewing, closing them down and sending out the relevant invoices
  • Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of the engineering team
  • Maintain accurate information and records in the CRM system, Simpro
  • Utilise external third part compliance systems such as: Fixflow, Dwellant, Pronett & Service Channel
  • This includes reviewing daily to see new jobs raised, updating schedules, responding to messages, uploading jobs sheets.

 

The ideal applicant will be a Key Account Specialist – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:

  • Must have office experience: customer service executive, internal sales, sales support etc.
  • Must have experience with fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms & door access
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Stable career background
  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
