Area to be covered: National
Remuneration: £60,000 – £65,000 negotiable depending on experience + 10% bonus
Benefits: £700 per month car allowance & comprehensive benefits packages
The role of the National Sales Manager – Automatic Doors will involve:
- National Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of automatic door & security systems
- All of your time will be spent managing and developing a team of 6 Business Development Managers
- Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team
- The role will be national however based from home
- Implement the company’s strategic sales plans
- Hitting and increasing a team target of circa £5.5m
The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager – Automatic Doors with:
- Must have field sales experience in the construction industry
- Ideally have people management experience
- Open on what you’ve sold if you’ve a strong people manager
- Would consider senior sales professionals from an aligned industry for example: doors, automatic doors, security, barriers, lifts etc
- Ideally have main contractors relationships / experience
- Must be able to motivate and develop people
- Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
