Remuneration: £57,000 – £62,500 + bonus tbc

The role of the Operations Manager – Resin Flooring will involve:
- Operations Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of resin and industrial flooring projects.
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Lead and manage site and project teams, driving productivity, quality, safety and performance.
- Monitor project costs, programme and profitability, identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and supporting repeat business.
The ideal applicant will be Operations Manager – Resin Flooring with:
- Must have experience in a construction management, operations, contracts or project management role
- Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
