Remuneration: £50,000 + bonuses tbc
The role of Product & Marketing Manager – Fixing Systems will involve:
- Product & Marketing Manager position promoting a market leading high quality range of fixings systems
- Managing and develop a team of 3 marketing executives as well as external marketing partners
- Responsible for creating / implementing marketing & product strategy’s
- Liaise with sales team to keep up to date with UK trends
- Attend trade shows such as; UKCW and Screwfix Live
- Keep in regular dialog with German R&D team
- Manage and support purchasing, testing, marketing, launching & training on new products
The ideal applicant will be Product & Marketing Manager – Fixing Systems with:
- Must have marketing & product management experience in the fixings & fastenings or closely aligned market sector such as building envelope
- Must have a proven track record implementing product / marketing strategies
- Ideally previous experience managing a team however not essential
- Must be able to hit the ground running
