Location: commutable to Uxbridge (Will consider candidates 1 hour form the office).
Working hours: 8-5 Monday-Thursday / 8-3 Friday
Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 + £10,000 – £15,000 bonus
Benefits: after probation will be given company car or car allowance – until that put will cover all travel expenses & standard benefits package
The role of the Sales, Estimating & Marketing Manager – Commercial Flooring will involve:
- Sales, Estimating & Marketing Manager position promoting a client’s specialist flooring installer service to the commercial sector
- 50% of your time will be spent estimating the remaining 50% will be spent selling to end users, tier 2 building / flooring contractors and flooring sub-contractors
- Working on projects such as; hospitals, retail, schools and prisons
- Managing projects ranging in value from £1k to £100k however the perfect size would be £20k
The ideal applicant will be a Sales, Estimating & Marketing Manager – Commercial Flooring with:
- Must have estimating experience in the flooring sector
- Ideally sales alongside estimating experience
- Marketing experience advantageous not essential
- Must have knowledge various flooring systems such as: vinyl, safety vinyl, sheet vinyl, commercial carpets, carpet tiles, linoleum, rubber flooring, vinyl flooring, LVT
- Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- IT / computer literate
