Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000

The role of the SHEQ Manager – Window & Door Manufacturing will involve:
- SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality for two manufacturing sites
- Lead and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
- Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
- Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.
- Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities (including energy and sustainability), and report outcomes to senior management.
- Pathway to progress to group SHEQ covering multiple sites
The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Window & Door Manufacturing with:
- Must have experience in Quality control and Health and Safety or equivalent position
- Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting
- Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment
- Ideally will have knowledge of environment (ISO 14001) and quality (ISO 9000)
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Must be an excellent communicator and leader
