Location: Ireland / Northern Ireland, ideally residing between Dublin & Belfast
Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Site Manager – Joinery Fit Out will involve:
- Site Manager position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Manage and maintain all relevant health and safety documentation and ensure these are adhered to on site
- Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality
- Overseeing delivery schedules
- Attending all site meetings to report on updated and any issues
- Recording labour, progress, weather and delays to report back
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team, clients and subcontractors
- Managing projects ranging in value from £200k to circa £3m – £4m
- Bulk of the projects will be Ireland based with the occasional UK travel
The ideal applicant will be Site Manager – Joinery Fit Out with:
- Must have experience as a Site Manager within the joinery or fit out market sectors
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
- Ideally will have first aid qualifications
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
