Area to be covered: London (90% field based however when not on the road would like you to travel to the office)
Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000neg + £10,000 – £15,000 bonus (package will be determined on your experience)
Benefits: Travel expenses or negotiable car allowance + comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Brassware will involve:
- Specification sales position selling a high quality range of luxury / boutiques interior bathroom and kitchen fittings, brassware, taps, ancillaries
- 100% concentration in generating specification sales from architects, interior designers, high end users, private developers
- Looking to grow into and target larger projects such as hotels, leisure facilities and high end residential for new build and refurb projects
- Turnover target will be determined on your experience
- Dealing with order values between £5k-£150k
- Covering a territory which will incorporate London and all areas inside the M25, however you will be allowed to target specification projects nationally / internationally
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Bathroom Brassware with:
- Must have specification sales experience with architects and designers
- Must be from a interiors background: bathroom products, sanitaryware, tiles, flooring, acoustics, furniture, fabrics, wall coverings etc
- Ideally have contacts with architects and designers/ A&D in London
- Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision after initial product training period
- Results orientated, determined and enthusiastic
