The role of the Technical Advisor– Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers will involve:
- Role of Technical Advisor is to provide remote technical support for oil and gas heaters to customers, domestic end users and engineers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service.
- Deliver high quality solutions and fixes for oil and gas heaters.
- Have a high level of understanding of legacy oil and gas heating systems.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Advisor– Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers
with:
- Must have sound technical understanding of oil and gas heating systems or boilers.
- Ideally will have 3+ years’ experience installing/servicing oil and gas boilers
- Ideally have any of the following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
