Remuneration: £28,000 – £35,000

The role of the Technical Estimator – Timber Windows will involve:
- Sales Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of windows
- Liaising with main contractors, house builders and developers for new build and commercial projects
- Will be responsible for taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email
- Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects
- Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client
- Create supporting CAD drawings and documentation for approval and manufacture
- Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
- Dealing with projects ranging in value from £5,000 – £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Estimator – Timber Windows with:
- Must have sales, estimating, order processing or design experience within the fenestration market sector
- Highly advantageous if you have experience dealing with timber windows and doors
- Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
- Ideally will have experience with Klaes software
- Must have a good understanding of technical drawings and building regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and develop relationships
- Wanting to forge a career
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
