The role of the Technical Sales Executive – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:
- Technical Sales Executive position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems
- Selling into tier 1 contractors and OEMs (waterproofing membrane manufacturers)
- Generating new business through warm leads with an element of account management
- Discussing client requirements and advising on suitable products
- Generating quotation package and following up
- Develop relationships with clients providing excellent customer service
- Upselling and cross selling wherever possible
- Become familiar with the product line and building regulations
- Working towards a collective team sales target
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Executive – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:
- Must have technical, sales or estimating experience within the roofing / waterproofing industry
- Would consider a technical savvy graduate with some construction related experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
- Ability to work autonomously
