The role of the Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products will involve:
- Estimator position working with a manufactured range of bespoke joinery & timber doorsets.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions.
- Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids.
- Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator working with timber joinery, timber fit-out or related
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
- Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
- IT Literate particularly excel
