Area to be covered: Northern Ireland (Portadown and surrounding areas)
Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonuses
Benefits: Car allowance or company car & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:
- Commercial sales position selling the supply and installation of windows and associated products
- Focusing on commercial projects such as; hotels, student accusation and retail sectors
- All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects
- Turnover target tbc depending on experience
- Will be given projects however will be expected to generate new business
- Great internal support and cross selling opportunities
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors with:
- Must have field sales experience in the construction sector
- Must have commercial experience selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects
- Ideally within the fenestration, windows & glazing sector however open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
- Driven, target focussed and a team player
- Analytical thinker
