Office Based: South Yorkshire
Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000neg + Discretionary Bonus & Company Car allowance

The role of Estimator – Fit-Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with range of commercial construction projects including fit-out, strip-out and refurb
- Typical projects include full turnkey solutions across medical, educational and leisure sectors
- Requirement to visit sites across the UK to conduct site surveys, attend project meetings and gather information required for estimating.
- Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
- Negotiating with clients, project managers, quantity surveyors and internal estimating team
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contacting customers, dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Working on projects ranging in value from £5000 to circa £5m+
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Fit-Out with:
- Must have Estimating experience within Fit-Out or closely related
- Would be open to someone within strip-out, refurb, new build or joinery
- Highly advantageous to have understanding of construction contracts and the ability to read and interpret contractual documentation.
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Stable career, highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
