Remuneration: £25,600 + bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

The role of the Operations Coordinator – Facades will involve:
- Operations Coordinator position dealing with the coordination of logistics and supply for the supply of a range of construction products and accessories
- Provide administrative support across logistics, purchasing and general operations.
- Coordinate deliveries, courier bookings and transport requirements, resolving any issues or delays.
- Manage purchase orders, stock requirements and supplier communications.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and systems, including PODs, logistics data and purchasing information.
- Support KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance and continuous improvement projects.
The ideal applicant will be a Operations Coordinator – Facades with:
- Must have administration experience within construction
- Must have exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence emailing and calling different stakeholders
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Organised, dynamic and self-motivated
