Location: Commutable to Portsmouth
Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000neg + bonus tbc

The role of the Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with various commercial and industrial roofing and cladding systems such as; rainscreen, standing seam, architectural wall panels, built up metal roofing & cladding, composite roofs & walls
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Carrying out site surveys as and when required
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £20k up to circa £2.5m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have estimating experience within the commercial or industrial roofing and cladding market sector
- Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
- High levels of organisation and excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
